Knowing what to do in an emergency situation is vital.
This course will give you the basics to deal with a casualty who is not breathing normally.
This basic Life support qualification will give learners the skills and knowledge to act in an emergency situation providing the casualty with critical lifesaving assistance and safely use an AED.
Assessment is ongoing by the instructor/assessor during the course, each student will have plenty of hands-on experience to demonstrate their knowledge and practical skills in a relaxed atmosphere.
Whilst the qualification lasts for 3 years it is highly advisable to refresh your skills set on an annual basis. You can do this with other staff or book a 2/3-hour session once a year with us.

The maximum of 12 students can be accommodated, however this is dependent on the site and
classroom.
Minimum age for this course is 14 years old (please speak to us if learners are under this age)
During COVID the maximum number of students is 8, again this is dependent on site and classroom.
